Christel Weller-Molongua sees the biggest challenge for rural development in creating jobs for the young. Youngsters wanted new forms of cooperation and since they were active on the social networks, the head of GIZ’s rural development and agriculture division wishes for projects to take these behaviour changes of the target group into consideration. Each SNRD working group should include the question of how one can be more attractive with their activity.
