Participants at the SASI training in Inonesia

The next SASI Training will take place from June 2 to 6, 2025, at AIZ in Bonn-Röttgen, Germany. Over the course of 4,5 training days, participants will grasp concepts, enhance their practical competencies and broaden their professional network on sustainability in global agricultural supply chains. The training is provided and organized by the Sector Project on Sustainable Agricultural Supply Chains (SV NA) which is part of the “Sustainable Agricultural Supply Chains Initiative” (SASI).

Target group: GIZ colleagues & external partners

Participants will gain deeper technical and practical insight into the focus topics:

  • Governance in Agricultural Supply Chains / Smart Mix
  • Forests and Deforestation
  • The German and European Due Diligence regulations incl. EUDR and CSDDD,
  • Living Income & Wages
  • Digital Traceability and Satellite Monitoring,
  • Broader Systemic Approaches
