Agripreneurship Training in Western Kenya

Gender makes Business Sense is a practical capacity development journey for agripreneurs. It enhances their understanding of business with an integrated gender dimension to thrive with a new mindset.

Participants of the course — both women and men —get equipped with practical business management skills, financial know-how and an understanding of the socio-economic impact of gender dynamics in their business.

One of the first cohorts in Kenya was trained in Kakamega (Western Kenya) 1–5 November 2021.

Gender makes Business Sense is implemented by the Agricultural TVET for Women (ATVET4W) project: https://www.giz.de/en/worldwide/61137…
