Accelerated Growth in the Agri-Food Sector: How One-on-One Business Support Transformed Ten SMEs in Just Six Months is a detailed account of a truly transformative business initiative led by the Agri-Jobs 4 Youth project in collaboration with Afriscope Research Limited.
The 12-month business acceleration programme focused on providing tailored business development support to ten small and medium enterprises, aka SMEs, in the agrifood sector across Western Kenya.
Through strategic interventions such as improving internal processes, enhancing market linkages, and fostering digital transformation, these SMEs have achieved substantial growth in employment, income, and market reach within a remarkably short period of six months.
