Access & Benefit-Sharing and Conservation of Biodiversity
The alarming loss of biodiversity has brought back attention to conservation and the critical need to more effectively address it within access and benefit-sharing.
The report and the video are first steps in a larger process to assess the links between biodiversity conservation and sustainable use. They aim to enhance the understanding of the many ways in which research and commercial activities regulated by access and benefit-sharing measures may affect conservation.
